Additional Outing Information
- Carts are required for all tournaments.
- Events needing more than 95 carts will pay $40/cart for each additional cart.
- A valid drivers license is required to operated any cart.
- The outing accepts full responsibility for all cart operation and damage.
- Two extra carts are allowed for outing staff at no charge. If additional carts are required then a $32 fee will assessed.
- Shotgun events require a player guarantee 10 days prior to the event. This is the minimum number the event will be charged.
- Tee time events require a player guarantee at least 8 days prior to the event. This is the minimum number the event will be charged.
- If cancellation of event is necessary it must occur in writing 15 days in advance and deposit will be forfeited.
- Mens and ladies right handed rental clubs are available for $20/set.
- Proper golf attire is required: collared shirt, pants or golf shorts.
- The golf shop must receive player listings at least 3 days prior to the event.
- An appropriate pace of play is required in all events. We will marshal and assist groups to play in an acceptable time frame. The outing format must be approved by the golf operations manager; a scramble is recommended for pace of play and enjoyment.
- Donated product is available only 501-3c tax-exempt organizations. Donated product will have a $1.00 corkage fee applied per can or bottle. Any product not consumed on the golf course will be retained as Broken Arrow Golf Club product. Donated product is for consuption only on the golf course during play.
- Every golf event is expected to play play if the course is open. If inclement weather closes the couse and play has not begun the event will be rescheduled. If play is suspended after starting, but before completing 9 hole, rain checks will be issued for 9 holes. After completion of the ninth hole by any group, full fees will be charged. In the event of cancellation of golf, all food and beverage arrangements will be provided as planned.
- Broken Arrow Golf Club assumes no liability for any personal injury, lost or stoled property of any consequence, related to any tournament.
